OUR STORY:

It all began when the founder of Get Up was ready to give up. She had lived through an attempt on her life, an abusive relationship, a medical diagnosis, crippling anxiety/depression, losing multiple jobs and ultimately - lost her career due to Covid.

She was ready to give up and even though she still had plenty of wonderful things around her, she simply couldn’t see past the devastation.

Then, one day, almost as if someone screamed into her ear, she heard -

“GET. UP!”

Somehow, she did. She started by cutting out toxic people and environments from her life, she changed her way of thinking (which we know, is SUPER hard), she forced herself to get up early everyday instead of allowing herself to wallow in bed and she embarked on a journey to help others do the same.

So, whether you need motivation to physically get yourself out of bed OR get your body to push past that rep at the gym OR if you need inspiration to keep hustling up that corporate ladder you’re working on, whatever it is- we believe in you. We got your back.
